I hope you are going to add other sources, beyond Facebook. May I suggest that you also implement the ability to add Telegram channels (chats and groups make no sense in my opinion, and Facebook groups too can be left out of the scope of Knil)

More than Facebook sources?
More than Facebook sources?

Knil is already covering for any topic of your chosing : Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterests, Specialized Websites, Youtube, Wikipedia...
Well, I need some instructions on how... I expected that I could link Knil to my accounts on other social networks, besides Facebook. Currently, if I click on my icon in the upper right corner of the home view, I can see my Facebook stream; I thought that I could link -say- my Twitter account, my Tumblr account, my Google+, Instagram etc etc etc accounts, and see my combined stream; also, see the combined interests from all my social media accounts in the Channel edit view.
This is exactly what we are working on... and we will deliver it soon. Precision : In the user tab you will be able to see YOUR posts combined from all the platforms, not your feeds from all the platforms. This is ok right ?
A clarification on Telegram: telegram is an instant messaging platform, similar to WhatsApp. It has a feature you don't find in WhatsApp: channels. Unlike groups, channels are a one-way, one-to-many communication stream: I create a channel, publish something, than all the people who subscribed to the channel receive the posts (without the possibility to reply). Unlike WhatsApp, the Telegram protocol is open source, so you can write a Telegram client very easily. See this link: https://tchannels.me/
And https://core.telegram.org/ for the API documentation
Please precise when you say adding both interests and people :
- Creating a channel with Interests and people (private people you know ?)
- Creating a feed with people you know (mutli to one)
- Creating a channel with Interests and having followers (people) getting this feed (one to multi ?)
Thanks
Let's remain in the facebook realm, to start. When I create a Knil channel, currently I can choose from the liked Facebook Pages and add them as Interests to the Channel. I would like to be able to also have Facebook People from my friends, shown as Interests, that can be added to the channel. Suppose that I have liked the Pages:
Classical Music Memes
The New York Times
Pink Floyd
and my friends are:
Mary Smith
John Doe
Martin Harris
Mario Rossi
Then, the list of Interest that I could pick from when adding to a channel would be (alphabetically sorted):
Classical Music Memes
John Doe
Mario Rossi
Martin Harris
Mary Smith
Pink Floyd
The New York Times
Unless you invited your friends and they downloaded the app, we can not get your friends list from Facebook anymore. But what we can do is letting you invite someone as interest in a channel. In this case we don't know his name and pic and will have to wait for him to join to show you his posts... all these are Facebook restrictions.
Shame... :/ Inviting friends sounds an interesting option anyway, it would also help extend the user base of Knil :) Having an invitation to use something like Knil is always better than being invited to some coloured pegs game! ;)
We are rolling out Invite friends on August 10th... so you can invite friends to follow your channel or follow you or follow them... and then add them to any channel you want.
In the business world you have to be flamboyant so that it becomes easy for you to connect to the potential customers and the sales get a boost up. If you are in business and looking for the instant techniques to get results then I would highly recommend going with Twitter and facebook ads Los Angeles services.
Return on Ad Spend, or ROAS for short, is the average conversion value you receive in return for every dollar you spend on your ads. The Target ROAS Bidding
Strategy focuses on driving the highest value of conversions, rather than the most amount of conversions.
