    Adding interests to a channel

Hi all, I am trying out the app and I findn it's a great idea. I find some limitations in editing my channels, these apply both to the Android app and the web version:

    - When editing a channel it's very limiting being able to see only a small fraction of the items I could add to it. I have several hundreds of pages liked, and the selection page only shows the first (how many? 50? 75?). In my case, I can see up to the letter B. I would really want to see them all: I know I can type in the search box, but I have to remember them all. Maybe a hyerachical view (initial letter -> expand/collapse) would then simplify the high amount of scrolling needed.

    - When editing a channel, I would like to be able to also add People, besides pages; also mixing pages and people in a channel.

    Ciao

    Fabrizio

1- Thanks Fabrizio for bringing that up, we will add an infinite scroll for you to see all your Facebook Liked Pages.

2- You already can add anything you want in a channel beside Facebook pages.

3- By people you mean private people you know ?

    Hi Benoit!

    1) Great, I think it really would help in creating channels. There are pages I don't remember anymore having liked, so it's really helpful to see a full list

    2) Well... I'm afraid I need instructions on how :) I expected to see some settings where I could enter my credentials for other social networks besides Facebook, so that my other accounts are also linked to my Knil profile...

    3) Yes, I mean "private people", "friends" in Facebook lingo; they could be listed together with Pages, in the channel edit view

I agree with fabrizio. I am running into the same issues. I work with and follow hundreds of museums and need to access and sort through all of them. When I type in an organization while it may pull in an an identifying icon for it, it does not add the organization's posts to the feed.

Hey, what is the issue :

1- You want a filter in a interests when you create a channel ?

2- You added an interest to a channel and it didn't pull posts for it ?

This is the new design we are working for interests adding, please feedback on this.

Hi Benoit, to answer your question somewhat belatedly:

1- You want a filter in a interests when you create a channel

It looks like you already solved it. I was hoping to see all the Facebook pages I liked rather than just a small sampling. However, your second question was also an issue. 2- You added an interest to a channel and it didn't pull posts for it ?

When I manually added an "Interest" it did not pull the posts for it. However, it appears to do it after a bit. It must take some time to process.

    Thanks!!
